We monitor your network around the clock. If the modem freezes at 2 AM, it's rebooted before you wake up. Pro and Premium members get a pre-season house call so everything works the day you arrive. Month to month, cancel with 30 days' notice.

Common questions
Can you fix a system another company installed?
Yes. We often take over Control4, Lutron and networking systems from integrators who are no longer responsive, document what's there and get it stable.
Will it be ready before we open the house for the summer?
Care Pro ($249/mo) and Premium ($399/mo) include a pre-season on-site check-up. For new projects, book your walkthrough early in the year for a Memorial Day finish.
Do you work with our architect and electrician?
Yes — we provide drafted device layouts, wiring plans and pull sheets they can build from.
Can I buy my own equipment?
We supply new equipment only. If you'd rather source your own, including refurbished gear, we're happy to set it up.
